SHIPPING POLICY We at Silver Charms, Inc. offer several shipping options to get your package to you.For Prompt Service we recommend shipping to the same address where you receive your credit card bill. If your address is different, then we will verify your address with your bank and this may delay or cancel your order. Shipping Prices may vary depending on weight, size, location, Insured value, and if Residential or Business address. Most orders made before our cut off time will normally be shipped out the same day, however in some cases, some orders may take 3 - 5 days. However during the holiday months please expect a longer processing time for your package. You can track your order after it has been placed by just logging into your account an click on the View My Current Invoice Status. This is where you may choose to view any packages shipped via USPS or UPS and view your tracking number. You may also click the tracking number and view the status of your package. Shipping prices WILL VARY depending on location, weight and cost of the package. Please use the following for reference pricing only. We ship through the following methods. United States Post Office (USPS)Choose USPS for all orders being shipped to a PO Box.---------------------------------------- 1) USPS First Class Mail (U.S. Residents Only) 2) USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Residents Only) For Canada, Mexico and International Orders 3) USPS Intl. Priority Mail 4) USPS Intl. Express Mail UPS---------------------------------------- UPS doesn't ship to a P.O. Box. 3) UPS Ground ---------------------------------------- Usually within three to five days depending on the area which you live in, after order is processed. 4) UPS Overnight ---------------------------------------- Receive packages next day business day after order is processed. 5) UPS Second Day ---------------------------------------- Receive packages in two business days after order is processed. 6) UPS Third Day ---------------------------------------- Receive packages in three business days after order is processed. International Orders----------------------------------------- We offer three ways to ship packages to our international customers. 1) USPS Intl. Priority (6 - 10 Days) 2) USPS Intl. Express Mail (3 - 5 Days) 3) UPS World Wide Expedited (3 - 5 Days) 1) $100.00 or less on packages will be shipped by USPS Intl. Priority Mail which cost roughly $13.00. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, insurance, and location of the package. 2) $100.01 to 500.00 on packages will have to be shipped by USPS Intl. Express Mail and will cost $30.00 and above. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, insurance, and location of the package.We may change your shipping method if it is deemed necessary. 3) $500.01 or more the package will be shipped by UPS World Wide Expediate and will cost $56.78 and above. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, insurance, and location of the package. Also shipping this way will allow you to track the package at every stop it makes. The turn around time is 3-5 days with less hassle. We are not responsible for any local taxes or tariffs that may arise. Back to top RETURN POLICY We do our best to provide the best pictures and descriptions to minimize the need for returns. A minimum of 20% restocking fee will be imposed on any returns not due to our error. No items can be returned after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns will need an RA number (Return Authorization Number) Please call us to get the RA Number. 1-877-926-4788 Note: When returning packages include a copy of your receipt and packages without an RA Number on them will no longer be accepted by our Returns Dept.
